Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Everything is by the hour: US$ 35/h. Each package shows the estimated hours: landing pages from 12 h (≈ US$ 420) and websites from 31 h (≈ US$ 1,085). Systems, apps and online stores get their estimated hours in the quote.

Can the price go past the estimate?

Only with your approval. You approve an hour cap; if the work reaches it, we stop and only continue if you approve. Requests outside the package become additional hours, also approved first.

How does payment work?

By card. 50% to start and 50% on delivery.

How long does it take?

Landing page and website: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the package. Systems and apps: timeline in the quote. The timeline starts when you send the material: text, images and access.

What do I need to send?

Your main texts (we can help write them), photos of your business if you have them, your contact details (phone, email, address, social media) and your current logo, if there is one. If you already have a domain, share access; if not, we register it in your name.

What do I get at the end?

The website live, with HTTPS and a working form, the code and access, the domain in your name and, in packages with identity, the logo files in SVG, PNG and PDF.

What if I don't like it?

Every phase has a review: 1 round for the visual identity and up to 2 rounds for the page. The brief aligns everything before we start designing. Big changes outside what we agreed are quoted before we touch anything.

What happens after delivery?

You keep everything and carry on by yourself, at no cost. If you prefer, Maintenance (2 h/mo, ≈ US$ 70) handles adjustments, backups and security, and Monthly SEO (5 h/mo, ≈ US$ 175) works on getting you found on Google.

Do you build online stores?

We do. An online store is a custom project: the estimated hours and timeline come in the quote, at US$ 35/h.
